Hello and thank you for visiting my page!

I think it is high time we all sit down and get a good pedicure, don't you? After all, isn't that what beautiful feet are all about? Well, of course not!
It's all about the boots!  (Just kidding!)
 
I was born on Easter Sunday, so let there be no hesitation in the fact that this is my calling: to bring the Good News!

Our testimony of faith in Christ is almost always the result of someone else sharing his or her testimony with us. We can’t trust God until we have heard about Him. In Romans 10:14-15, Paul tells us, "How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!’ "

In many of my talks I tell about that day in Samaria, it was the beautiful feet of Jesus who brought the Good News in person to the Woman at the Well. But by the end of the day, the Samaritan Woman's testimony about Jesus was carried to the people of her town by her own beautiful feet. She was now the one Gushing Springs of Living Water out to all!

I don't do well with Google, nor do I know much about search engine optimizations. I do however go to the Well of Living Water, and search His Word for wisdom, love, comfort, guidance and answers to my questions to optimize life. I also inquire with Him on ways to pray and serve Him best that will bring Him glory. That was when He implied to me that my "boots were made for talking and walking!"  He has such a sense of humor!  My husband and friends nicknamed me 'Boots' when I was in my twenties. The name has long since worn off but not my closet full of boots to support such a name!  I am thinking with all this "Living Water" gushing around, I need some rain boots!

My mission is simple: To write and tell stories about God that will fortify a determined attitude in women who have had hostile forces enter their lives that want to steal their victory and joy!  We won't have it!

I am rather radical when it comes to my God, beware! When I speak someone may want to put on the mountain boots of faith. Or another may want to give the devil the steel toed boot of resistance! Some days don't you just want to get out of the desert boots and get into some soft slipper boots? If you are anything like me, you know the worst boots can be the 'perfect, polished, pointed toed boots.' Thank God for His grace.

Well, you can see God is having fun showing me all the different kinds of "boots" we wear, and what they mean. It is all about the 'BOOTS' ladies!

I am convinced that thee most important pair of boots we wear are the boots of peace.  Through my many struggles with loss, (of a sister to suicide, our family home to fire,) I have learned to stand firm on the boots of peace, and am seeing what those construction boots of restoration look like through an on-going process.

If you invite me to speak at your event you can know that I will put my ear to God and listen for His message, put on my boots, then bring it on in a powerful way that you will never forget and will put into action. (That is key.) All to the glory of the unforgettable and powerful God. And of course, I will wear a cute pair of boots!
